This Is Our Story

The cottage is located on a working farm called Looprivier; it is about 190 km from Cape Town. The cosy cottage can easily accommodate two adults and four children. Dirk se Huisie dates back to the early 1900s. The cottage has a large enclosed fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a wooden dining table and chairs. There is no electricity and only gas is available. The kitchen area is equipped with a two-plate gas stove and a gas fridge-freezer. Guests will need to bring their own bedding, drinks and food. This cottage is wheelchair accessible.

Golden Sunset is a romantic retreat for couples with endless sunsets and beautiful surroundings. Guests can enjoy hiking trails to the waterfall or mountain biking on the jeep tracks. The cottage is completely private and it offers a relaxing and safe environment.
